Thanks for the heads up on WBCN. I’ll include those on my Penn State previews for media as well.

@JJ, This is kind of what I was afraid of. We’ve lived by having 1-2 players carrying the offensive load lately. We really lack the consistency/average at the plate, just small bursts.

I’ve been way too busy with real life the last few days. I need to get back to coverage. Bah work.

WCBN looks like it is being platooned. Does anyone know who has taken over broadcast duties?

Also, I expect mgoblue highlights to be a little delayed until Spring Football ends. The AD wants to get big numbers for attendance, so expect more urgency for fball and less for baseball.

What’s up with all the K’s we have??? Who is our batting coach? Maybe they need to re-evaluate how they approach the plate. What’s worse is when we watch the 3rd strike with runners in scoring position. LaMarre, Dufek, Oaks, Toth, McClouth and Lorenz need to figure it out and quick. Boy…that’s a long list of players that need to step it up. Wait, that’s also our 3-8 batting order. We may be in trouble! Uhhm, might want to try a few others in the line up on mid-weeks. They are probably hungry and ready to roll…and may just put a fire in those sitting on mid-weeks. What do you say coach?…you know what they say, doing the same thing over and over yet expecting different results…

FYI- WCBN will have LIVE coverage of baseball all week, starting with the game today at 3:00. You can listen on maizeandblog.blogspot.com. With the exception of Friday this week, MGoBlue will use their own broadcaster. (Not sure why)
