		<description>VB is a great blog, but I can&#039;t tell if you&#039;re really serious or if this is just for fun in the off-season. The idea that there&#039;s a single guy on this year&#039;s team with any real Heisman potential is nuts. The only remotely feasible candidate is Minor, and he&#039;d have to rush for 2000 yards and Michigan would have to go 10-2 or better with a victory over OSU in the bargain for there to be even a tiny, tiny chance. Those things ain&#039;t happening this year.

One of the things about Michigan that I&#039;ve always liked is the absence of the program-sponsored and initiated marketing campaigns for Heisman hopefuls. I&#039;m thinking of the ridiculous gigantic building-sized promos for Joey Harrington that the University of Nike did a number of years ago. Howard and Woodson didn&#039;t need that kind of silliness.</description>
